We are Hiring for Part-time (15-20hrs p/week) & Full-Time (30+ hour p/week)

 

POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Lumpia Rollers-Team / Food Prep-Team / Cashier-Team / Food Server-Team

*Looking for candidates that can fulfill more than one role

*Food Truck and/or Store Fronts

>FOOD KNOWLEDGE-(Love for food, Love to be around food, Knowledge of Health Standards, Do not have to know everything, but desire to learn more!

>PERSONALITY-(A MUST HAVE! Be prepared to engage our Fans, get to know our Fans, Showcase your Personality and Excitement for Lumpia World)

>ATTENTION TO DETAIL-(Detailed oriented and maintain the ability to Multi-task (i.e. Prepare orders, while accessing ticket orders, while maintaining a clear station, while calling out food inventory levels)

>PASSION & SELF-WILLINGNESS TO GO ABOVE/BEYOND-(Do you consistently put care into each dish you serve or plate you assemble. Do you consistently ensure every single Fan is treated like and feels like Family. Do you see something out of place and Wait for someone to ask you to fix it, or do you take initiative and take care of it without it being asked of you) The FanFamily Experience is the most important part of what we do and we want our team members to buy into this concept!

>TEAM PLAYER-(Work well with others. Communicate well with others. Can play the role of Leader & be Lead. No room for Selfishness!_

>EXTENSION OF OWNERSHIP-(Be prepared to work closely with Ownership. We are extremely involved and we are looking for candidates to carry on our energy, diligence, focus, and fun environment vibe)

JOB DUTIES:

*Although, there are different job description, at the end of the day you need to be okay with wearing different hats at different times

These candidates will be involved in our Day to Day Operations. Meaning, you will not be just doing (1) particular thing. Again, it is Key that you have the ability to Multi-Task. 

-Know our Menu & be able to answer questions relating to our Menu in a simplistic, descriptive, and eloquent way

-Get to know our Fans, Get to know their usual orders, What are their names, etc

-Bring your smile/personality, Leave the Drama outside the door. We need every ounce of your energy to support the over all mission which is to provide the Highest Level of Service. We want to set the standard for what level of service our Fans expect no matter where they go

-Lots of Cleaning. Dishes, Trash, wiping tables, deep cleaning deep fryers, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing food truck walls/floors, etc

-Open/Close/Teardown/Setup

 

DETAILS:

$12.00 - $20.00 P/HR + Tips (Depending on Experience & the "IT-FACTOR")

Paid weekly on Friday's

20-40hrs a week (Will consider Part-time & Full-time)

Flexible Days/Hours of week (Expect to work Days or/and Nights and Weekends)
